We collect information provided by you on our booking forms for the hire of the village hall.  The information provided is processed by jotform.com and retained by them on a database.  Jotform fully comply with GDPR and their privacy policy can be seen here.

We have a contact us form which allows you to send us a message/enquiry. The details you fill in are passed to us by email but not stored on the website. We will retain the emails sent to us this way for an indefinite period and may use your contact details to respond to you about your enquiry.
