Welcome

Caston Village Hall is a community facility owned and controlled by Caston Village Hall Charitable Trust [Registered Charity No. 1164836] for the benefit of Caston and Griston Villages but the Trustees are pleased to offer the facility of hall hire to residents of Stow Bedon and all our surrounding villages.  Because it is a community facility the management committee of the hall is aware that the hall should be and indeed is priced at a very competitive rate consistent with ensuring maximum usage of the hall while also covering costs and ensuring that sufficient funds are retained for the furtherance of the hall and its facilities.

Most usage can be agreed immediately by the Booking Secretary but some usage does need to be agreed by the village hall trustees so advance bookings are a good idea. The hall diary is kept up to date so just check to see if the dates you are interested in are available.  If they are then you are invited to complete the on-line booking form or if you prefer you can call the booking secretary – telephone number at the very top of this page or on the contact page. In all cases though it will be necessary to complete a booking form before a booking can be finally confirmed.

Once the booking is agreed either by phone or on-line, you may pay either by cheque or by cash to the booking secretary in person or we can send you an on-line payment request and you can pay by credit card.  See the booking form for more details.
